Hey everyone! There was a bug preventing people from 100% the game that should be fixed in the latest patch. You can read the change log for details however I will refrain from specifying what side content was effected to avoid spoilers. There was also a boss you could cheese by attacking it outside of its activation trigger that has been repaired.
